BRILLIANT news story to translate today about a junior college associate professor who wrapped an electrical chord around a student's neck in class in the name of "education".The incident took place at Tsu City College ("Mie Tanki Daigaku") in December of last year. The accused is a 46-year-old associate professor of Life Sciences who was teaching a social worker training course when he suddenly wrapped an electrical chord from a PC around a female student's throat.During police questioning the man allegedly told investigators, "I wanted to teach the students something about the unpredictable nature of life as a social worker." Even more gloriously stupid than that, the victim said, "There was no warning or explanation beforehand." That, young lady, is the nature of unpredictability.
